Peach

Tasty, less caloric, filling, hydrating for our skin: the peaches are the ideal fruit for summer. With some recommendation: avoid dented fruits or with stitched skin.
Do not purchase unripe fruit, because light and time do not help ripening at home, but only loss of water and perfume.

The peaches contain lots of water, fibres, vitamin B3 and pro vitamin A.
Slightly laxative, especially if ripe, they can solve children’s constipation.
The high level of potassium makes them diuretic and useful for diets, also for hypertensive.
