Mix salad with citruses

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PORTIONS

  • 120g mix salad
  • 2 organic oranges
  • ½ organic lemon
  • 100g black olives
  • 2 slices of bread
  • extra-virgin olive oil to taste
  • salt to taste
  • sesame seeds to taste

PREPARATION

The mix salad with citruses is a fresh and light salad, ideal as a side dish for fish courses and white meat. Our mix salad (mesclun), produced by one of our members, OP la Maggiolina, is a combination of Batavia, Roma lettuce and blond and red Lollo lettuce directly produced on the field. Our mix salad with citruses is very quick and simple to prepare and less ingredients are needed: mix salad, oranges, lemon skin and juice, olives, sesame seeds and bread slices. You can add some capers and some toasted dry fruit too, such as pine nuts, almonds. Instead of the sesame seeds you can use pumpkin or sunflower seeds. Also, instead of arranges you can use pink grapefruits.
Use an intense fruity-taste oil and create a seasoning sauce with skin and juice of an organic lemon.
