“Our company is born from the union of young farmers, all coming from families of ancient agricultural tradition, driven by the desire to operate in an innovative context, with particular attention to the healthiness of the product and the protection of the environment, strongly believing in the principles of organic production “. To say this is Ignazio Cozzoli, director of Naturbio, a company engaged in the cultivation and marketing of fruit and vegetable products.
“Our activity takes the form of organic farming – continues the entrepreneur – in the north of Puglia and, subsequently, in the packaging of products at our factory in Bisceglie. Our land, all certified organic, is they extend over a total area of about 150 hectares, allowing us to offer a basket of fruit and vegetables that is ample throughout the year, and within the company, a staff of technicians specialized in organic production combines technological innovation with agricultural tradition “.
“The products, having reached maturity – the expert explains – are processed exclusively in our warehouse, equipped with high-tech systems, where we provide product selection, calibration, washing, packaging. All stages of production, from cultivation to packaging , are followed and controlled, also by analysis, by specialized technicians who guarantee the quality “.
Naturbio offers healthy, natural items on the market, made up, on the one hand, of local traditional varieties, on the other, strengthened by innovation in terms of production techniques, in order to guarantee agriculture with less impact on the surrounding environment. Organic agriculture also means developing a production model that avoids the over-exploitation of natural resources, in particular of the soil, water and air, using instead these resources within a development model that can last over time.
